Amazing toothpaste. I’ve used the Tooth Gel for a long time but I would brush first with a fluoride-free toothpaste first. Now I brush with the Silver Biotics toothpaste, which tastes great, and after rinsing I just rub a little of the Tooth Gel on my teeth to last the night. It is also the first toothpaste that I have ever used that actually is making my teeth whiter after years of coffee and red wine. Don’t settle for second best. Dental health is as important as a healthy gut. The tooth paste and tooth gel will kill the bad bacteria in your mouth. The biggest problem is when you wake up your mouth feels great and you have to remind yourself to brush your teeth in the morning. It also really, really helps if you have gum infections. Actually, if you use the toothpaste you’ll prevent gum infections.
